CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Change Manager to lead complex change initiatives across multiple departments. You will apply structured methodologies to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and align with business goals in a remote-first environment.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a BA/BS, and strong skills in sponsorship, resistance management, and communication planning. You will collaborate with project teams and leaders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools for large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret and act on data.
• Excellent facilitation and training/communications skills.
• Strong project management knowledge and lifecycle familiarity.
• Ability to influence at multiple leadership levels.
• Experience in insurance or shared services/consulting functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts across departments or multiple units.
• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments; analyze sponsorship and resistance.
• Define people-specific objectives and benefits realization metrics.
• Integrate change activities into project plans with the team.
• Design and deliver communications and training plans.
• Coach leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance and mitigate proactively.
• Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Ensure adherence to CSAA IG change management guidelines (ADKAR/Prosci/Proxima).
• Develop and implement UAT strategy when needed.
