Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Change Manager to lead complex change initiatives across departments in a remote, nationwide capacity. You will apply structured change management methods, drive adoption, and minimize resistance while partnering with project teams and business leaders.

You will design communication and training plans, coach leaders, and ensure alignment with CSAA IG guidelines using ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima. A strong insurance business background is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in change management.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical ability to conduct and interpret change data.
• Excellent facilitation and training/communication methods knowledge.
• Strong project management knowledge and leadership influence.
• Insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments.
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to inform change plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans for adoption.
• Provide coaching to leaders to reinforce change leadership roles.
• Identify resistance drivers and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track, report, and optimize change management effectiveness.
