Job summary

Reed Smith LLP seeks a Change Analyst to support development and execution of change management plans across the firm. You will coordinate planning activities, enable change initiatives, and work with project teams and stakeholders on communications, training, and adoption across global functions.

The role focuses on delivering communications, training materials, dashboards, and readiness tracking while evaluating risks and ensuring alignment with strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience supporting change management or project delivery.
• Experience in professional services, legal, consulting, or client-facing environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM) preferred.
• Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned change workstreams, including planning, executing, and tracking activities against project milestones, objectives and outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis and summarize insights to inform change strategies.
• Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, adapting approaches based on stakeholder and business needs.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and Change Leads to support execution of change initiatives across global, cross-functional programs.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including gathering input on influence and resistance, maintaining contact lists, scheduling interviews, workshops, and briefings, and synthesizing information to inform strategy.
• Assess change-related risks, recommend mitigation actions, and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Own the creation and distribution of targeted communications, including emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and reference materials, tailoring messaging and delivery approaches based on stakeholder and business needs while ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver training materials and activities, including creating and updating materials, scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback collection.
• Track and analyze adoption and business readiness metrics and contribute to dashboards and reports that identify trends, risks, and areas requiring additional communication, training, or stakeholder support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
