Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
• Experience applying change management and project delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change workstreams, tracking milestones and outcomes.
• Conduct impact analysis and stakeholder mapping for strategies.
• Translate strategies into communications, training and engagement plans.
• Collaborate with global teams to support adoption and readiness metrics.
• Develop targeted communications and training materials; track attendance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/ Organizational Behavior

Prosci certification (preferred)
