Job summary

Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Change Analyst to support the development of change management plans and execution of initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption.

You will work closely with Change leads, project teams, and stakeholders, delivering change workstreams, assessing impact, creating targeted communications, and developing training materials to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Prosci or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience supporting change management or project delivery.
• Experience in professional services, legal, or client-facing environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver change workstreams, plan, execute, and track initiatives against milestones and outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis to inform strategies.
• Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to support change initiatives across global programs.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities and synthesize input to inform strategy.
• Track adoption and readiness metrics and contribute to dashboards identifying risks and gaps.
