Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with project teams and Product Owners to understand the impact of technology introductions on Firm personnel.
• Engage with users across job roles to understand change impact, gather feedback, and surface insights.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to leadership, translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Assess change impact of technology initiatives and identify affected stakeholder groups and adoption risks.
• Design and execute change management plans including training and communications.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report findings to leadership with recommended adjustments.
• Draft clear email communications and collaborate with Learning & Development to drive adoption programs.
