Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Change Management Senior Manager to plan, develop, and execute organizational change programs across departments. This remote role will support employees, teams, and executives while driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes coaching, leadership, and the ability to translate project data into actionable visuals, aligning with CBRE's strategic priorities and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Prosci certification preferred
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring and rewarding performance and retention is preferred
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and difficult information and convey performance expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruiting and hiring
• Coordinate and manage daily activities, set schedules and mentor staff
• Brief executive audiences and manage communications of changes
• Create portfolio dashboards and plan change management activities
• Translate project information into visuals supporting business objectives
• Execute communications programs to drive employee engagement
• Build collaboration across departments and lead cross-functional efforts
• Identify interdependencies across projects and solve complex problems
