Job summary

Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Change Analyst to support development of change management plans and execute initiatives across the firm. You will coordinate planning activities, implement enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption, and work with Change leads and project teams across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong change management and project management skills, with experience in professional services or client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned change workstreams, including planning, executing, and tracking activities against project milestones, objectives and outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis and summarize insights to inform change strategies.
• Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
