Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations and departments.
• Enter and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Adhere to Intermountain Health mission, vision, and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
