Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, OR 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Input patient data accurately into the scheduling system.
• Validate insurance and explain benefits as needed.
• Handle high call volumes across locations and departments.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
