Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Part-Time, PRN Scheduling Specialist to support patient access remotely. You will pre-register patients, schedule appointments, and handle high call volumes across locations.

This role requires strong data entry, insurance verification, and outstanding customer service. You will work across multiple systems to ensure smooth outpatient workflows and coordinate with care teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other department bookings.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Handle high call volumes across locations and departments.
