Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR four years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of two years revenue cycle or two years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other department appointments.
• Complete administrative work related to scheduling.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
• Use multiple systems to perform scheduling functions.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Input patient data accurately into the system.
• Explain benefits and verify patient insurance.
