Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years of revenue cycle or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Strong computer skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments.
• Handle high call volumes across locations and departments.
• Input patient data accurately into the system.
• Validate patient insurance and explain benefits.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Mentor new hires as needed.
• Utilize multiple scheduling systems and resolve issues independently.
• Demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
