Qualifications

• Two years of revenue cycle experience and/or two years of contact center experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedules and pre-registers patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other department-generated appointments.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
