Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time PRN Scheduler to remotely pre-register patients for appointments and procedures. You will manage high call volumes, input patient data, verify insurance, and transcribe external orders from physicians.

Responsibilities include assisting multiple locations, mentoring new staff, and upholding Intermountain Health service standards while delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or (4) years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of (2) years of revenue cycle experience and/or (2) years of contact center experience.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to self-resolve technical issues with minimal assistance.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations and departments.
• Input and verify patient data and insurance information.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Provide patients with preparation and location details.
