Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle or 2 years contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Input and verify patient data and insurance information.
• Provide patients with preparation and location details.
• Assist new hires as needed and support service standards.
