Pierre Fabre Pharmaceutical Inc (USA) is building a US division focused on rare diseases and oncology, seeking a Cellular Therapy Director to lead the launch of Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD. You will work within a start-up like environment, coordinating with medical affairs, market access and operations to accelerate patient access.

The role requires deep cell therapy expertise, a strong network in CGT, and the ability to navigate a complex matrix to deliver results for patients across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy.
• Experience in collaborative matrix environment.
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease / CGT.
• Ability to access and handle business information per laws and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Passion for improving patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans with KPIs.
• Educate physicians on disease state, unmet needs and product profile.
• Coordinate with medical, value/access, and cell therapy operations for access.
• Provide site-level training to reduce barriers and optimize workflows.
• Support collaborations with sites, transplant centers, and professional societies.
• Assist in development of US promotional materials for launch.
