Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a dynamic Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) to drive the launch of Tab-cel EBV+ PTLD in the US. You will build the US organization, lead disease awareness, and establish cross-functional strategies with clinical, medical, and market access teams.

The role requires senior biopharma leadership with deep CGT experience, strong stakeholder management, and a patient-centric approach in a start-up environment within the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in collaborative, matrix environments.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities clearly.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT ideal).
• Access to and handling of business information per laws and policies.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-approval disease awareness and site onboarding activities.
• Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to map unmet needs.
• Drive US launch readiness and onboarding for allogeneic cell therapy.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient product access and adoption.
