Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology, leading the launch of Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD.

We seek creative, highly motivated individuals to join the initial Cellular Therapy Director team to drive results with innovative solutions for complex patients in a startup-like environment. We value teamwork, humility, and patient-centricity as we scale in the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of biopharma experience.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease, CGT preferred.
• Ability to handle business information in compliance with laws and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Passion for improving patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans with insights from clinical and market data.
• Collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations to support accounts.
• Educate physicians on disease state, treatment options, and patient journey.
• Map sites of care and onboarding requirements for allogeneic cell therapies.
• Support launch activities including marketing material alignment and events.
• Drive territory business plans with KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage with transplant centers, pharmacists, administrators, and medical societies.
