Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology products. We seek driven professionals to launch Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD, engaging with centers of care, physicians, and stakeholders to enable patient access.

The role requires leadership in a cross-functional, matrix environment, deep scientific aptitude, and a passion for patient care within a startup-like launch setting. Remote US travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a collaborative, complex matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex treatment modalities and scientific concepts.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases, ideally CGT.

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Navigate diverse stakeholders and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations.
• Develop account plans and map physicians and treatment centers for access to Tab-cel.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet need, and patient journey.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure expedited patient access.
