Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is recruiting for a senior leader to launch and scale the US Cellular Therapy Director team focused on EBV+ PTLD and Tab-cel.

You will drive strategic account plans, engage clinicians and transplant centers, and partner with medical affairs, market access, and operations to accelerate patient access. The role demands deep cell therapy expertise, a strong network in oncology and transplant settings, and a proven track record in complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in biopharma industry.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Ability to work in a collaborative matrix environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience in ultra-rare disease.
• Ability to access and handle business information compliant with laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans with KPIs.
• Engage medical experts and transplant centers to map processes.
• Educate healthcare providers on disease state and therapy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and medical affairs.
• Drive access and expedite patient treatment through strategic account plans.
• Represent Pierre Fabre at professional meetings.
