Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience in ultra rare disease with CGT focus.
• Deep expertise in cell/gene therapy service lines.
• Ability to operate in a collaborative, complex matrix environment.
• Strong scientific aptitude and ability to convey complex treatments to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across US treatment centers.
• Educate physicians and staff on disease state and product adoption.
• Coordinate with medical, value/access, and operations to facilitate access.
• Support launch activities, including staffing, materials, and cross-functional alignment.
