Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a strategic Leader to drive the US launch of Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD, in a startup-like environment with close collaboration across medical affairs, market access, and field teams.

You will build from the ground up a US presence, shaping account plans, relationships with transplant centers, and access pathways while delivering patient-centric solutions in a dynamic, high-impact setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in analytical, matrix environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex therapies to stakeholders.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases, CGT preferred.
• Compliant handling of business information per laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Navigate complex account environments by understanding stakeholder needs and collaborating with internal teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with insights on market trends.
• Equip treatment center staff with process training to improve access and workflows.
