Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a US division focused on rare diseases and oncology, seeking a Director to drive successful launch and access for Tab-cel EBV+ PTLD. The role emphasizes strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across medical, value/access, and operations to deliver patient-centric solutions.

You will operate in a start-up environment with significant travel, leading initiatives from pre-launch to post-approval, including physician education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years in biopharma industry.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative matrix environment.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT).
• Compliance with laws and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Passion for patient impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across US sites.
• Collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations.
• Educate physicians on PTLD and EBV+ contexts.
• Drive access and product utilization through cross-functional partnerships.
• Represent Pierre Fabre at professional meetings and marketing collaborations.
