Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. The Cellular Therapy Director team will drive launch readiness for Tab-cel (Ebvallo), develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts, and shape early access strategies in the US market.

This leadership role requires a clinical and commercial mindset, deep experience in cell/gene therapies, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across medical affairs, market access, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease or CGT.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-approval activities and develop territory plans.
• Engage medical experts in cell therapy, BMT, and solid organ transplantation.
• Drive demand and cross-functional support for Tab-cel Ebvallo in assigned institutions.
• Promote compliant communication and build strong account relationships.
