Job summary

Pierre Fabre is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology, launching Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD. The Cellular Therapy Director will lead disease awareness, develop key medical relationships, and manage a cross-functional team to fast-track patient access in a high-growth US market.

The role requires extensive biopharma experience, deep cell therapy expertise, and a track record of successful launches in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience selling to ultra-rare diseases with proven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness efforts and engage clinical and non-clinical experts to define unmet need and patient journey.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with KPI-driven tactics for US launch.
• Partner with medical, market access, and field teams to drive adoption and patient access for Tab-celEbvallo.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, treatment options, and appropriate patient pathways.
• Support cross-functional launches including promotional strategy and stakeholder engagement.
