Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is building a US division focused on rare diseases and oncology, launching Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD.

The Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) will build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts, develop disease awareness programs, and lead onboarding for allogeneic cell therapies to ensure timely patient access. The role requires senior leadership in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with a patient-centric focus and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in biopharma with cell/gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in collaborative and complex matrix environments.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude.
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease, ideally CGT.
• Compliance with laws and Pierre Fabre policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness efforts and build relationships with clinical/non-clinical experts.
• Develop and execute strategic territory/account plans.
• Map patient journeys and onboarding requirements for allogeneic cell therapies.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet need, and standard of care.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop US promotional materials for launch.
• Drive utilization of Tab-celEbvallo through cross-functional partnership.
