CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and hematology-oncology practices.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support program implementation, and expand utilization through consultative selling while navigating complex healthcare organizations. The role reports to the National Sales Director, Cell Therapy & Transplant, and requires strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling in hematology-oncology and with transplant programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Educate clinicians and staff on AlloHeme value and workflow integration.
• Lead onboarding and activation for new testing programs.
• Strategize to expand footprint and maximize territory performance.
• Support LSAs and contracting activities with stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships across hospitals and labs.
• Maintain robust pipeline and provide territory updates.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Ops.
