Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with seven years in CDI or inpatient coding.
• Alternate path: high school diploma with eleven years in CDI/inpatient coding.
• Certifications in RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CIC/CDIS/CCDS are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice.
• Guide customers in change management, workflow discovery, adoption, and optimization.
• Serve as SME for respective teams and solutions.
• Coordinate client relationships and drive satisfaction across the organization.
