Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field with 7+ years in product management or CDI.
• Or high school diploma with 14+ years in healthcare revenue cycle including CDI credentials.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the CDI product vision and roadmap aligned with market needs and company goals.
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver releases and manage backlog ROI.
• Lead agile ceremonies and oversee documentation, training, and implementation for stakeholders.
• Engage with clinicians, coders, and sales to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with outpatient CDI and CMS regulations throughout product design.
