Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI Product Manager (Finance) to lead outpatient CDI product strategy and execution. You will own the product roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases, and engage with clinicians, coders, and sales to refine requirements.

Remote role with up to 10% travel. Compensation range provided by Solventum, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field and 7 years of experience in product management, CDI, coding or healthcare technology; strong knowledge of outpatient CDI and ICD-10-CM coding.
• High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of healthcare experience focused on revenue cycle with CRC and OP CDI credentials.
• Additional qualifications include HIS/health policy or hospital admin degrees and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Engage with clinical, coding, sales, and customer success teams to define requirements and support sales with demonstrations.
• Ensure alignment with CMS regulations and payer requirements; monitor industry changes and risk adjustment models.
• Define KPIs, analyze product usage, and drive continuous improvement.
