Job summary

Solventum is seeking a highly experienced CDI specialist to partner with clients and implement CDI products according to best practices. The role focuses on workflow discovery, optimization, and strong client advocacy.

The candidate should have 7+ years in CDI or inpatient coding, with one of several CS certifications. Remote work is available, with travel up to 50% domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years as CDI specialist or inpatient coder in various settings.
• HS diploma with 11+ years as CDI specialist or inpatient coder in various settings.
• Current certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.

Responsibilities

• Execute CDI implementations with clients according to best practice.
• Guide clients in change management; perform workflow discovery and optimization.
• Serve as SME for assigned solutions.
• Understand client short- and long-term strategy goals and KPIs.
• Review current-state workflow and configuration for solutions.
• Collaborate on workflow optimization changes using best practices.
• Advocate for the customer and log issues; escalate per procedures.
• Own client relationships and coordinate responses across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs; stay current with industry and product changes.
