Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager, Solution Advisors CDI & Quality to lead CDI and quality engagements across IP and OP settings. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Clinical Services, and executives to drive adoption, value realization, and customer success.

Remote role with travel up to 25% domestically. Onboarding includes on-site sessions; Solventum offers a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to shape outcomes for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare industry experience with focus on CDI, healthcare tech, revenue cycle, clinical informatics, or related software solutions.
• OR 12 years of healthcare industry experience in CDI, revenue cycle, healthcare tech, customer success, consulting, implementation, or customer support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solution Advisors supporting Inpatient CDI, Outpatient CDI and Quality product customer engagements.
• Drive team performance and accountability to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and operational objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Clinical Services, and Executive Leadership to align customer strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Establish and execute customer success strategies to promote best practices, solution optimization, and long-term value realization.
• Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
