Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI specialist to partner with healthcare clients, implementing CDI programs and optimizing workflows. You will serve as SME across CDI products, guiding change management and KPI tracking while aligning with client strategies.

Requires a Bachelor’s or higher and 7+ years of CDI experience, plus certifications (RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CIC/CDIS/CCDS). Remote position with up to 50% domestic travel and strong client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years of CDI experience or equivalent.
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS certification required.
• Experience with healthcare providers and CDI workflow in revenue cycle environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement CDI products per best practice.
• Lead workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and optimize CDI solutions.
• Act as SME for CDI products and related teams.
• Define client strategy goals and KPIs; track performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues promptly.
