Solventum is a health tech leader transforming healthcare by combining information systems with clinical expertise. We seek a Solution Advisor – Coding to partner with clients, drive workflow discovery, and deliver advanced optimisation across Solventum product lines.

You will lead with SME guidance and align solutions to client strategies and needs. The role emphasizes client care, cross-functional leadership, and accountability for KPIs and satisfaction, with a remote work option and up to 50%

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix.
• Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications.
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Execute workflow discovery, adoption, and optimise Solventum product lines; serve as SME for respective team and solutions.
• Understand the client’s short- and long-term strategy goals; review current-state workflows and propose optimisations.
• Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed.
• Own the client: manage relationship coordination across the organisation.
• Define and track KPIs and client satisfaction metrics across the client base.
• Stay up to date with industry changes and product changes; comply with policies and standards.
