Placements24 is seeking a Remote Catering Sales Executive to drive new business in the hospitality/events sector, working fully remotely. You will identify leads, build relationships with corporate clients and event planners, tailor proposals, and close deals to reach ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in catering, hospitality or event management.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities via multiple channels.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals.
• Understand client needs and tailor catering solutions and proposals.
• Present and sell catering packages, highlighting menu options and service styles.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal catering and operations teams for event execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on sales performance and market insights.
