Placements24 is seeking a Corporate Catering Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new corporate catering business in the Welkom region. You will nurture client relationships, understand needs, and present tailored catering solutions that align with premium service offerings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in B2B sales within hospitality or catering, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within Welkom area and surrounding regions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate catering targets.
• Identify and pursue new corporate clients via networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Create tailored catering proposals and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability while winning commitments.
• Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution and client satisfaction post-sale.
• Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and contribute to revenue goals in Welkom area.
