Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and execution of all logistical aspects for catering events nationwide.
• Manage transportation of food, beverages, equipment, and personnel to venues.
• Liaise with third-party vendors including transport and rental services.
• Develop and maintain event schedules and delivery timelines.
• Ensure logistics plans comply with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Track inventory of catering equipment and supplies; coordinate replenishment.
• Communicate with event managers, chefs, and on-site staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistic challenges in real-time to minimise disruptions.
• Maintain records of logistics activities including costs and confirmations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost savings.
