Placements24 seeks a fully remote Catering Operations Strategist to lead nationwide operational initiatives. You will analyze performance data, design new procedures, and drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across our catering portfolio.

This role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders remotely. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in strategic planning or operations, an MBA or Master’s degree, and proficiency with BI tools.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in strategic planning, operations management or business analysis in catering, hospitality, or food service.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex operational strategies with measurable results.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of catering operations including logistics, supply chain, quality control and P&L management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize catering operations focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and quality.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across all catering units.
• Design and implement new procedures, workflows and best practices in logistics, supply chain and service delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new ventures or expansion opportunities with strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
• Develop training programs to support implementation of strategic initiatives remotely.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior management.
