Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of related experience; managing third‑party spend preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder communication required.

Responsibilities

• Category strategy for logistics services; document and execute sourcing plans.
• Lead complex sourcing, supplier evaluation, contracting, and implementation.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing; manage risk and compliance.
• Analyze spend, drive cost savings, and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop business cases with finance, risk, and analytics teams.
• Manage supplier performance; drive supplier risk mitigation and improvements.
• Stakeholder management to align requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Maintain category governance and timely reporting on activities and results.
