• Owns adjuster role when injury exposure is identified.
• Handles complex but mostly simple 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases.
• Manage claims across multiple states and insurance types.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims under authority up to $50,000.
• Collaborate with claims teams and support catastrophe-related work.
