Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Casualty Evaluator to join our remote-friendly claims team. This role focuses on owning adjuster responsibilities for injury exposure cases, handling first- and third-party auto liability claims, and processing medical payments with authority up to $50,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• 1+ years casualty experience (preferred).
• Ability to travel on rare occasions.
• Willingness to complete job duties training courses.

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment with option for office setting.
• Manage communications via writing, phone, and email.
• Own and adjust mostly simple to moderate auto liability claims.
• May handle first party Medical payments and PIP.
• Assist in catastrophes including simple homeowner losses.
• Make coverage determinations and advise on proper actions.
