Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ relevant work experience.
• 2 years of claims experience is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to function well independently and in a team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Owns or assists on injury exposure claims with exposure under $50,000.
• Handles 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases and medical payments.
• Manages communications via written, phone, and email.
• Conducts investigations, negotiates, and settles claims within authority.
• Presents cases for committee review and negotiates settlements accordingly.
