Responsibilities

• Handle mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury.
• May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.
• Triage claims and manage communications by writing, phone, and email.
• Adjust claims within settlement authority and negotiate resolutions.
• May participate in catastrophes and simple homeowner losses.
