CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role, open to US-based candidates except HI/AK. You will act as owning adjuster for injury exposures, handling first- and third-party auto liability claims up to $50,000, across licensed and statutory states.

You will work in a virtual environment, managing written, phone, and email communications, and participate in subrogation and complex investigations as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ relevant work years.
• 2 years of related professional experience and 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; independent work ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English; customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work extended hours/weekends.

Mansioni

• Assigned as Owning/Adjuster when injury exposure is identified and handles first and third party cases.
• Manages communication via writing, phone, and email in a virtual or office setting.
• Handles mostly simple to moderate auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented or represented claimants.
• May handle first party Medical payment and PIP.
• Supports catastrophe-related activities and subrogation evaluation as needed.
• Makes coverage determinations and investigates complex issues with medical records and evidence.
