Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role open to candidates across the United States (Colorado-specific ranges apply). You will own and adjust first- and third-party auto liability claims, with exposure under $50,000, across multiple states, including handling Medical Payments and PIP where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ related work experience.
• 2+ years of claims experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel on rare occasions.

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment or in an office setting.
• Handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability cases with injury claims.
• Manage claims with exposure under $50,000.
• Investigate, negotiate, settle and resolve injury claims; assist with subrogation and coverage determinations.
• Provide timely updates to customers and maintain accurate claim records.
