Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role across the United States (with Hawaii and Alaska excluded). You will own adjuster responsibilities for low-exposure injury claims, manage 1st/3rd party auto liability cases, and support small claim resolutions in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Working in a virtual environment with option to work in an office setting.
• Manage communications in writing, by telephone and by electronic means.
• Own adjuster role when injury exposure is identified and handle 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases with exposure under $50,000.
• May handle 1st party Medical payments and PIP.
• Assist in catastrophes and handle simple homeowner losses.
• Make coverage determinations and advise customers on proper action.
