Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related work experience.
• 2 years of claims experience and 2 years related professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Proficient English communication and typing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases with exposure under $50,000.
• Manage claims in multiple states, including licensed and statutory states.
• Perform investigative work, determine coverage, and advise on action.
• Negotiate settlements and support catastrophe-related activities as needed.
• Communicate via written, telephone, and electronic means; document in system.
