Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, partnerships, or related commercial roles.
Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers.

Responsibilities

Build and execute a territory development plan prioritizing operators by quality and potential.
Develop relationships with casino executives and key decision makers.
Originate, qualify, and advance partnerships through discovery, visits, events, and referrals.
Develop partner-specific business cases outlining target players, commercial models, and returns.
Support negotiation of terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and legal.
