Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Casino Partnerships Manager to acquire and grow partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and loyalty programs across the NCLH brands.

Based remotely or in Miami, the role requires a strong casino network, consultative sales approach, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive guest acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.
Strong understanding of casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning.

Responsibilities

Build and execute a territory development plan prioritizing casino operators and properties by player quality and revenue potential.
Develop relationships with property leaders including presidents, general managers, and marketing officers.
Originate and advance new partnership opportunities through discovery, visits, events, referrals, and outreach.
Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals outlining target players, commercial models, and expected returns.
Support negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership and internal stakeholders.
Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, and forecasts in the CRM system.
